Exchanges: (must be made within 30 days of purchase) We make exchanging easy! If you would like to exchange a product for another, the first thing to do is please make sure that the product was not used and/or washed, that it still has all of the original tags/stickers and packaging. Then, just email us at USA@KeikoSports.com requesting an exchange label. We'll email one to you FREE of charge via email. All you have to do is print it, place it on the package and drop it off any UPS location or with any UPS driver, that's it! In the package make sure to include the item you would like to return and also include a short letter/note letting us know which item you would like to exchange it for. Please make sure that you send us detailed information (item name, color, size, quantity) as well as your full name, shipping address and phone number so that we may contact you in any case. *International Order Customers must pay shipping for exchange/return labels*
Returns: (must be made within 30 days of purchase) If you would like to return a product and/or receive a refund please ship the item back to Keiko Sports USA (address can be found on your order confirmation email) along with a short letter/note explaining what you would like us to do and why you are returning your order. Please make sure that you send us detailed information as well as your full name, shipping address and phone number so that we may contact you in any case. Any refund will be sent in check form with a deduction of 5% from the value of the item purchased. Client must send the merchandise back to Keiko Sports USA. Merchandise must be unused and unwashed/unworn. Shipping amount will not be refunded. *International Order Customers must pay shipping for exchange/return labels*
